Giving
Many of our friends have generously demonstrated their commitment
to the mission and future of PUMH by way of a planned gift. Leaving
a gift is a uniquely personal decision, but the mechanics of such
support are straightforward, and include:
- Naming PUMH or one of our communities as a beneficiary of a
life insurance policy or retirement account
- Receiving a lifetime income through the PUMH Charitable Gift
Annuity Program; or
- Arranging for a gift through your will or trust as a defined
dollar amount, a percentage of estate or remainder amount, or
specific items of personal property.
As we plan for the future, it is helpful to be aware of forthcoming
gifts. If you are interested in designating a planned gift or
making a gift that may further your financial goals, you can notify
us by completing a brief form here and mailing it to the Foundation
