Heron Point provides higher levels of care for residents whose
physical needs may change. Tolchester Wing
is an assisted living unit designed in the social model, where
individuals live in a residential, non-medical setting, and are
encouraged to remain independent for as long as possible. A beautiful
dining room, activity space, a secure interior garden and covered,
all-season walkway complete the design.
Our tradition of excellent care is further demonstrated in the
Talbot Wing. Here around the clock care is administered
by a highly skilled nursing team; emergency, rehabilitative and
recovery services are all available as well.
